At RecruitSync, we strive to provide the best possible job monitoring service for recruitment agencies. We believe in being transparent about our refund practices to build trust with our customers.

1. Money-Back Guarantee (14 Days)

We offer a full refund guarantee for all new subscriptions. Whether you choose a monthly or annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

After the first 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. If you cancel your account, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund if no significant usage of the service has occurred during the new billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund for the affected period regardless of the 14-day window.
