By accessing or using the RecruitSync service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fiilip Sharing Economy LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

RecruitSync provides an AI-powered monitoring service that tracks publicly available job postings on specified client career pages. We provide data and alerts to recruiters; we are not a recruitment agency and do not facilitate placements or candidate communication.

3. Usage Restrictions

Violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RecruitSync, including algorithms, software, and intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Fiilip Sharing Economy LTD and are protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

RecruitSync is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the monitored job data. In no event shall Fiilip Sharing Economy LTD or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RecruitSync's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
